Our professional interior designer is available to assist client in the selection process.

We offer 10 year structural warranty.
Our foundations and piers are designed and inspected by a
registered engineering firm.
Two story homes have an engineered floor truss system.
Our written production schedule enables us to estimate a completion date.
A framing walk-thru is provided, allowing client to select locations
for electrical and design custom cabinets.
All windows, doors, base plates, and penetrations are caulked and energy sealed.
We use name brands including Kenmore, GE, Kitchen Aid, Sub Zero,
Trane, Moen, Elk, US Brick, and many more.
We provide client flexibility in home location and size.
A customized list of amenities and specifications is written and agreed upon.
The final walk thru assures client doesn’t move in until home is completed.
Service calls are scheduled during the first year after the home is completed.
Customer, bank and business references are supplied upon request. We invite client to check our reputation.
We offer a great combination of price, quality and service.
We build all of our homes, as we would our own.

 

We provide assistance in selecting home site or meet with client on pre-selected site to discuss views, sun exposure, garage entrance, elevations, drainage, etc.

We enter into a design agreement and/or lot agreement.
We meet with client to discuss individual lifestyle and new home needs.
Our designer prepares a preliminary design for client based on specified needs.
A final design is prepared for client’s approval.
Meeting is scheduled with client to go over specifications, discuss and establish budgets for interior and exterior selections of the home.

A written list of amenities and specifications is prepared for client’s approval based upon their individual needs and becomes a part of the contract.

Home is priced based upon the approved design, amenities and specifications.
We review the costs with client showing how we arrive at the final sales price.
A construction contract is signed.
We assist client in obtaining lot, interim, construction and /or permanent financing, if needed.

Working drawings, foundation engineering, and energy code certification are completed.

We meet with client for a construction orientation meeting to explain the construction process and review the production schedule and well as answer any questions they might have regarding the construction process.

Upon loan approval, we break ground and start client’s new home.
